Job Summary
In-Home Sales Manager leading a team of In-Home Sales Representatives on the Gulf Coast, responsible for coaching and developing reps, running a minimum number of leads weekly, assisting with in-home presentations and closing, monitoring performance to meet sales goals, conducting cancel-save activities, collaborating with the rehash manager to maximize close rates, and leading ongoing training to align with company sales goals. Requires proven home improvement sales experience, management background, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort with technology-enabled presentations and electronic contracts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience (1-Day Concept experience preferred)
- 2+ years of sales management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology, including iPad presentations and electronic contract systems
