Job Summary
Oversee the full sales process from web inquiry to showroom presentation, managing staff performance through 121s and training while implementing department targets and brand KPIs. Supervise the vehicle journey from workshop prep through imaging and showroom presentation, collaborating with the divisional buyer and technicians to deliver marketing standards. Manage buying in vehicles and stock pricing, ensuring full FCA compliance and owning Customer Satisfaction metrics. Lead the team by example to drive exceptional customer service experiences and negotiate sales within premium automotive regulations. Requires a full UK driving licence and prior experience in a similar environment.
