Drive and achieve retail loan product sales targets through a network of relationship managers and cross-selling; retain and expand the client base for repeat business or referrals; maximize sales via strong client relationships and lead-generation activities; supervise and develop the team to meet growth and profitability targets; ensure end-to-end file processing from login to disbursement with Operations and Credit; stay informed on market trends and competitive intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies; ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal audit policies.
