Job Summary
Sales Manager for Loan Against Property in Delhi responsible for aggressively driving retail loan sales and cross-selling to meet business targets. Manages and expands the customer base, optimizes team productivity of relationship managers, and ensures end-to-end processing from login to disbursement in collaboration with Operations and Credit. Leads on-ground lead generation, training, motivation, and deployment strategies, stays abreast of market trends and competitor activity, and provides feedback to central product/policy teams to stay ahead in the market while ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations.
