Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager sought to drive revenue growth across lighting, lighting control systems, home automation, and maintenance services. Lead project-based sales from lead to handover, manage key accounts, and develop business opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and MEP firms. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, forecasting and pipeline reporting, overseeing the sales team, and representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events. The role covers lighting design and installation projects, lighting control systems, home automation, maintenance contracts, and after-sales support. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years of sales experience in the lighting industry with strong technical understanding and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10+ years of sales experience (mandatory)
- Must have experience in the lighting industry (projects-based)
- Must have experience in lighting control systems (KNX, DALI, or similar systems preferred)
- Strong experience in project sales (consultants, contractors, developers)
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong technical understanding of lighting systems and control solutions
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Experience in smart systems or home automation is a plus
