Job Summary
Recruit, train, and supervise an average of seven agents within your assigned territory while continuously prospecting for new candidates. Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and provide service for agencies without an assigned agent. Monitor sales and collection activities to drive performance results. This role requires 50-100% field time and full licensure in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience
- Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty
