Sales Manager for Retail loan products in Hubli, responsible for aggressively driving sales targets, expanding customer base and cross-selling, and coordinating with Operations and Credit to move files from login to disbursement. Manages and motivates a team of relationship managers, leads ground lead generation, provides training, and ensures compliance with Audit/RBI regulations. Steers market and competitive intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies and communicates feedback to central product/policy teams to stay ahead in the market.
