Job Summary
Sales Manager/Representative role in the Houston, TX region focusing on roofing and waterproofing products. Responsibilities include calling on Architects, Engineers, Owners and Contractors to introduce and technically consult for waterproofing roofing and surfacing projects; collaborating with distribution partners and independent reps; CRM-driven reporting and opportunity tracking; site visits to review conditions for material applications; offering scopes of work and specifications; creating and closing sales; monitoring competitors; and conducting group presentations and trade organization involvement using PowerPoint and related materials.
Required Qualifications
- Architectural Engineer and Sales experience with a proven track record for relationship/ consultative sales in the specification market.
