Job Summary
Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals while overseeing sales floor interactions and evaluating team performance. Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff to improve techniques, strategies, and overall performance, ensuring exceptional customer service and long-term relationship building. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet targets, resolve customer concerns, and support planning and executing sales promotions and events. Uphold brand visual standards, cleanliness, and customer experience guidelines while collaborating with support teams for operational excellence. This pivotal leader drives revenue targets and fosters a high-performing team within the retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years in a business unit with a retail sales emphasis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Financial understanding
- Adept interpersonal communication
- Analytical abilities
- Goal orientation
- Team management
- Customer service
- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Often required to sit, walk, bend and stoop
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
