Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Kurnool. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to upper management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into successful sales. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience
- At least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a sales force
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Kurnool market and local business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within the Kurnool region as required
