Job Summary
Develop and lead Kilter's Sales Team across Termite and Pest Control branches from Long Beach to San Diego County, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Provide strategic direction to Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, analyze regional market trends, and design training programs focused on process improvement. Evaluate branch performance and individual sales inspectors, prepare monthly reports, and proactively identify challenges to recommend timely solutions. Introduce innovative sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all company policies and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a service-based industry, including leadership roles
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management
- 5+ years of direct or outside sales experience
- BR 3FR License
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly motivated, fast learner, and resourceful
- Safety-sensitive position
- Must pass a company background check
- Must pass substance abuse screening
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
