Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for regular client meetings, maintaining relationships with contacts in the assigned territory, coordinating with global service teams to respond to customer requests, handling complaints with the service delivery team, and maintaining customer information in the CRM. The role requires collaboration across regions, willingness to travel, and a hybrid work setup (3 days in office per week with flexible location for client visits and preparation). Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 1-5 years in the videogames industry with localization, FQA, and voice-over familiarity, CRM experience, English fluency, self-motivation, and strong sales/customer-communication skills.
