Job Summary
Develop current customer bases and study market potentials across hospitality, sports, industry, retail, and office sectors in Kenya. Promote solar protection, lightweight architecture, and modular structures by contacting fabricators and distributors. Achieve specification of commercial products with architects, interior designers, general contractors, local authorities, builders, and quantity surveyors. Elaborate sales and marketing strategies to generate profitable business and support regional budget targets. Requires a Master's degree, five years of progressive experience in architectural solutions sales, and strong knowledge of Kenya's second-level building supply sector. Reports to the Area Sales Manager Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in a business related discipline (Master degree)
- 5 years' relevant progressive experience with proven track of growth in the sales & promotion of Architectural Solutions in the region
- Impressive commercial and specification acumen with experience of building a business into a profitable venture
- Strong knowledge of the second level building supply sector in Kenya
- Mobile inside Kenya
