Job Summary
Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives by overseeing sales floor interactions and evaluating team performance. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure they meet targets while fostering a positive work environment that aligns with brand values. Champion the delivery of a branded customer experience by ensuring store layout, product presentation, and employee interactions align with guidelines, and resolve customer concerns that interfere with efficient sales operations. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and opening/closing procedures while maintaining cash handling reconciliation and adherence to company policies. Uphold brand visual standards by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas. This pivotal leader drives sales growth for the retail showroom, targeting $5–$8M annually, reporting to the Store Manager with indirect influence over the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of industry experience
- 1-3 years in a business unit with retail management emphasis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Financial understanding
- Adept interpersonal communication

- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by the business needs, to include evenings, weekends and holidays
