Job Summary
Achieve store and individual sales goals by overseeing sales floor interactions, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to meet targets. Champion the branded customer experience through personalized styling guidance, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines while resolving customer concerns and executing sales promotions. Manage store operations by handling opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and assisting with scheduling and payroll. Uphold visual standards and administrative procedures to support the $5–$8M annual sales target. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of industry experience with 1-3 years in a business unit with retail management emphasis, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Financial understanding
