Job Summary
Sell luxury furniture and guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience on the store floor. Build inspired spaces with world-class furnishings, curate luxury looks, and promote the in-home design program while earning uncapped commissions. Lead and coach sales teams to achieve store and individual targets, maintain brand standards, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Responsible for driving sales, employee development, and brand advocacy through a high-touch, design-forward shopping experience. Coordinate promotions and events, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the store’s financial health and customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years retail sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
