Job Summary
Leads and coaches automotive sales consultants to drive performance in a high-volume showroom. Responsibilities include desking deals, closing opportunities, and leveraging internet leads to grow sales while maintaining outstanding customer experience. Builds accountability, trains and motivates the sales team, and collaborates with ownership on process improvements. Familiarity with the VinSolutions CRM and a fun, upbeat personality are valued to sustain a positive, high-energy showroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership sales management experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience desking deals and helping close opportunities
- Ability to motivate, train, and support sales consultants
- Strong understanding of dealership sales process, follow-up, and customer experience
- Confidence working with internet leads, BDC, finance, and ownership
- Ability to create accountability while keeping the team energized
