Job Summary
Drive regional sales for Medis Tokyo Branch, achieve revenue targets, prepare and execute sales plans for partners and distributors, conduct on-site product demonstrations, prepare quotations and tender documentation, and maintain accurate CRM records. Contribute to the Japan marketing plan by gathering market intelligence, identifying customer needs, managing key opinion leader relationships, and representing Medis at cardiology and radiology congresses. Support sponsorship communications, congress sessions, and booth arrangements. Requires travel, fluency in Japanese and English, and strong collaboration with internal teams and customers to deliver innovative cardiovascular healthcare solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics or related field
- Familiarity with the healthcare market
- Experience within cardiology
- Experience with Healthcare-IT is a plus
- Experience with solution-based sales
- Ability to work with internal teams and customers
- Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards and sales strategies for hospitals
- Ability to design, lead and execute projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
