Job Summary
Sales Manager for Intelligent Labels in East Europe focused on growing existing customers and winning new business across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. Responsibilities include territory development, delivering results-oriented selling of RFID product portfolios, building and managing a sales pipeline, reactivating previous customers, and achieving sales and margin targets within EMEA. Requires independent work with potential remote work, travel to customers, and proficiency in English, Salesforce usage, and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Quality, Credit/Finance, and Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B sales
- experience in international business in RFID industry or technically exigent products (preferred)
- excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional partnerships
- proven ability to develop sales pipeline and forecast
