Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals; recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while building a high-performing team culture; partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies and drive revenue objectives; monitor performance, forecast, and analyze pipeline to drive business results; foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement aligned with Infinity's Perform Culture; required Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of supervisory sales experience; full-time role based in Bingham Farms, MI (onsite) with a focus on energy, excellence, and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales environment
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and sales analytics
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills
- Experience working in a call center sales environment preferred
