Job Summary
Sales Manager role based in Singapore leading buyer development across Southeast Asia and broader Asia for Index Exchange. Drive new business with agencies, trading desks, and brand marketers; develop strategic relationships with agency holding groups (Omnicom, WPP); evangelize marketplace capabilities and access to high-quality, transparent, and efficient supply; pitch and close partnership opportunities including private marketplaces (PMPs), audience-first targeting, and regional initiatives; collaborate with internal teams (Publisher Development, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Marketing, Product) to deliver buyer solutions; represent Index Exchange at industry events and client engagements; build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet revenue goals. Requires 5+ years in digital media sales or partnerships, a strong regional network in Southeast Asia, understanding of marketplace dynamics and buyer KPIs, and excellent communication for senior-level clients; multilingual capabilities (Thai or Bahasa/Malay) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales or partnerships, ideally within the programmatic ecosystem
- Well-connected across Southeast Asia’s agency and marketing communities, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, SPO, data-driven strategies, and buyer KPIs
- A clear and compelling communicator who can deliver tailored value propositions to senior-level clients
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Additional language capabilities are preferred, particularly Thai or Bahasa/Malay
