In a hybrid role as a Sales Associate while participating in a structured training program designed to prepare you for a future showroom management position. Learn the Showroom Manager responsibilities, daily showroom management, customer service, driving sales, training associates, inventory counts, and leadership skills while supporting new initiatives to improve showroom performance. You will help guests design a home, guide customers through the sales process, present financing options, process invoices and deliveries, prospect and manage accounts, and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and a on-the-job training rate during manager training, with promotion to Showroom Manager and increased compensation potential.
