Job Summary
Manage the sales team and oversee daily store operations, including floor management, recruitment, interviews, and onboarding. Conduct sales meetings, prepare promotions, resolve customer issues, and liaise with home office to share feedback. Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies while maintaining open communication across departments. Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Support the General Manager and other department managers. This role offers a starting rate of $45,000 - $50,000 annually.
