Job Summary
Manage sales teams and oversee daily store operations while conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding new associates. Resolve customer issues, ensure safety and security, and execute sales promotions and contests. Lead daily and weekly meetings, prepare reports, and liaise with home office to share feedback and access information. Support the General Manager, maintain open communication across departments, and develop a talent pool of future managers through training and people development.
