Job Summary
Manage sales teams and oversee daily store operations while conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding new associates. Resolve customer issues, ensure safety and security, and prepare for and lead effective sales meetings. Develop talent pools, liaise with home office, and complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Shop the competition and manage sales promotions and contests. Support the General Manager and maintain open communication across all departments. Complete various other duties as assigned.
