Job Summary
Master the in-home sales system for windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors while setting performance standards and demonstrating consistent accountability. Transition to leadership by mentoring new sales representatives through ride-alongs, leading team huddles and trainings, and driving culture and performance. Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks in both quarters to progress from a top producer to a team leader. Full-time position with weekend availability and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
- Weekend availability
