Job Summary
Master the in-home sales system for windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors while meeting Key Performance Benchmarks. Transition to leadership by mentoring new sales representatives through ride-alongs, leading team huddles and trainings, and driving culture and accountability. Demonstrate consistent professionalism and work ethic to set the standard for performance. Full-time role with weekend availability and occasional travel. Uncapped earnings potential of $150,000–$300,000+ OTE with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
- Weekend availability
