Job Summary
Sales Manager in Training responsible for developing and leading store sales teams, recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring to meet sales goals, scheduling and supervising employees, controlling labor and other expenses, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining store cleanliness and readiness, building customer relationships, and analyzing daily sales and expenses as part of a comprehensive training program to advance to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
