Job Summary
Sell manufactured and modular homes by building relationships and guiding customers through the buying process. Generate your own business through networking and social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Marketplace. Learn Titan's proven sales process while developing into a future Sales Manager or General Manager. Available to work Saturdays with Sundays off, this role requires no prior real estate license or sales experience. Uncapped commissions and aggressive bonuses are available, with top performers earning $500,000+. Paid training, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with 50% company match are provided. Complete the Culture Index Survey and background check and drug screen are required.
