Job Summary
London-based Sales Manager role leading and developing a high-performing sales team in luxury interiors. You will oversee sales, sales operations and reporting; shape commercial strategy with senior leaders; build long-term customer relationships with D2C, interior designers and architects; drive sales plans, forecasting, KPIs and performance reporting; collaborate with marketing on campaigns; optimize CRM/ERP systems; ensure exceptional customer experience and oversee end-to-end sales processes with operations, production and logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a sales team within premium design, luxury goods, interiors or a related sector
- Experience managing international sales would be ideal, ideally including the US market
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with confidence managing forecasts and reporting
- Deep understanding of high-end customer service and long-cycle sales processes
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Confident, empathetic people manager with excellent leadership skills
- Data driven and analytical, with the ability to turn insight into action
- Strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach in a creative, quality-led environment
