Sales Manager

Sales Manager responsible for driving group revenue by cultivating relationships within niche hotel-markets, sourcing and securing group business, tailoring proposals to client needs, and coordinating with hotel teams to ensure successful events. Will proactively prospect for new business, manage and respond to RFPs and inquiries, negotiate and execute group contracts, and ensure clear communication of client expectations with the hotel operations team. Reports to the Director of Sales and has growth opportunities within the sales discipline, including progression to larger markets or other sales roles. Requires hotel experience or a college degree, knowledge of hospitality operations, ability to read product labels and communicate with guests, and flexibility for varied scheduling including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
