Sales Manager (Human Factors)

Job Summary
Manager of Human Factors Sales responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and full account management for our EBS portfolio, including ergonomics expert tools for automotive as well as Digital Humans, Body Data and Scanning solutions for various industries. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to identify, develop, and execute opportunities across mobility, industrial, high tech, defense, and educational markets, with a regional focus on the United States. Responsibilities include developing regional sales strategies, owning revenue targets, building and maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline, conducting proactive outbound prospecting, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, serving as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, driving upsell opportunities, negotiating terms, maintaining CRM documentation, delivering technical and commercial proposals, orchestrating product demonstrations (virtual and on-site), participating in trade shows and industry events, handling RFP responses, and coordinating post-sale project execution. Required capabilities include enterprise sales proficiency, CRM (Salesforce) competency, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, organization, and relationship-building skills. Travel is required, and familiarity with the Automotive and High Tech industries is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of related experience with enterprise software sales
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently (high degree of travel)
- Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
- Experience in automotive/high tech industries preferred
