Sales Manager (Human Factors)

Job Summary
Sales Manager for Human Factors leads revenue growth through new business development and full account management for the EBS portfolio, spanning ergonomics tools for automotive and Digital Humans, Body Data, and Scanning solutions. Responsible for regional sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, building and managing a robust pipeline, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver enterprise-level software solutions. Tasks include identifying prospects across mobility, industrial, high tech, defense, and education markets; conducting outbound outreach to VP/C-level decision makers; leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; delivering technical and commercial proposals and product demonstrations (virtual and on-site); managing RFPs and bid documentation; and maintaining CRM records and post-sale project coordination. Required skills include strong sales execution, CRM proficiency, excellent communication, problem solving under pressure, and the ability to travel; knowledge of automotive and high tech industries is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, Technical Field, or related discipline preferred)
- 5+ years of related experience with enterprise software sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
- Proven enterprise-level value selling capabilities
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Intermediate proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel extensively for customer engagement
