Job Summary
Collaborate with the Boutique Director to guide the sales team, maintain a strong sales floor presence, and lead by example while motivating staff. Assist in achieving performance goals through feedback and coaching, support client relationship development and database prospecting, and aid in crafting short and mid-term strategies for client attraction and retention. Ensure excellent customer service delivery, uphold boutique policies and corporate directives, and resolve sales-related issues quickly. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Prior supervisory experience
