Job Summary
Manage real estate sales offices by implementing programs to exceed operating objectives and recruiting, developing, and supervising sales associate teams. Coach associates, support agents through transactions, organize sales meetings, and provide timely reporting while maintaining a positive office environment. Ensure staff compliance with real estate regulations and company policies, actively participate in community activities, and resolve conflicts or complaints. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and market information to drive profitability and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business related field with advanced professional management training
- 6+ years of real estate experience with a documented history of sales success and strong transactional expertise
- General business experience in sales, management, or administrative management to include budgeting, supervisor experience and business planning
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of state and federal real estate regulations
- High level of technical and transactional real estate expertise
- Competent technology skills to include basic MS Office skills, proficiency in real estate related internet applications, and experience with communication device technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of quality and detail orientation
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be a licensed Realtor
- Brokers license (requirement may vary by state or office)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous real estate sales management experience with successful results in both profit management and sales associate recruitment and retention
