Job Summary
Sales Manager at the Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa and the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, AL, responsible for developing large group and catering business, pursuing and securing opportunities, building relationships with clients and meeting planners, conducting site tours and sales calls, negotiating contracts, and partnering with Event Management and hotel operations to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. Focuses on positioning the two flagship Mobile properties as preferred destinations for meetings, conferences, and events, driving revenue growth and long-term loyalty in collaboration with operations and events teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales; proven track record in securing group and catering business; ability to build relationships with meeting planners and clients; strong contract negotiation skills; familiarity with event management and hotel operations.
