Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for the dealership's sales success by effectively managing staff, planning short- and long-term goals, and meeting management objectives. Duties include forecasting monthly unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits; coordinating with sales staff to set objectives for customer flow, closing percentages, and projected income; recommending short- and long-range advertising, promotions, staffing, lease promotions, and incentive structures; conducting sales meetings, providing on-the-job training, reviewing commission sheets, and monitoring productivity and profit performance; maintaining balanced vehicle inventory and developing inventory movement programs. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of automotive sales management experience (Honda/Acura a plus) and bilingual Spanish; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to drive sales and profit; experience in the Sales Manager desk. Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles.
- Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Automotive Sales Manager experience in a publicly traded dealer group a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to drive sales and profit, and lead team to success
