Job Summary
Sales Manager to drive group, catering, and business transient revenue for two San Diego properties; solicit, negotiate, and contract new and repeat business with corporate/local/extended-stay and community-based accounts; manage assigned accounts and prospect new opportunities through calls, site visits, networking, and community engagement; develop client relationships for repeat/referral business; create and manage contracts, BEOs, and event resumes with accuracy; maintain information in sales systems; collaborate with Operations, Revenue, Sales, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction; attend/lead sales, BEO, and resume meetings; conduct post-event/post-stay follow-up; support hotel-wide sales strategies and projects; requires 3 to 5 years of hotel sales experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales systems.
Required Qualifications
