Job Summary
Lead and grow a field-based home-improvement sales team. Hire, train, and coach reps; conduct in-field coaching; lead weekly meetings; drive quota achievement; provide coaching and performance reviews; build a positive, high-performing culture aligned with company goals. Requires one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling, 3+ years in sales, and 1+ year in sales management. This is a full-time, field-based role based in Summerville, SC. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 3+ years in sales
- 1+ year in sales management
- One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
