Job Summary
Recruit, build, and develop a brand-new door to door sales team from the ground up; lead, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets; drive sales growth across solar, battery storage, and home electrification products; conduct in-home appointments and convert opportunities into sales; develop and execute local growth strategies; monitor team performance and optimise sales processes; create a positive, high-performance culture focused on development and accountability; work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Senior Leadership to support team growth and retention; identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships throughout the Melbourne region; hybrid leadership role with hands-on training, face-to-face home electrification appointments, and building your own sales pipeline.
