Job Summary
Sales Manager in Brisbane leading a brand-new door-to-door lead generation team for home electrification solutions (solar, batteries, hot water heat pumps, EV charging, and smart home energy). Build, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team, recruit and onboard members, drive revenue growth, and lead from the front with in-home appointments and strategic local growth initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and recruitment to scale the team, optimize sales processes, and cultivate a culture focused on development, accountability, and achieved targets. This hybrid leadership role involves both field activities and team-building responsibilities, including managing a sales pipeline and delivering ongoing leadership training.
