Job Summary
Lead and develop a brand-new door-to-door sales team focused on solar, storage, and home electrification. Expect to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performance team, conduct in-home appointments, convert opportunities into sales, and build scalable growth strategies across the Sydney region. Drive sales growth, monitor performance, optimize processes, and foster a positive culture while partnering with Recruitment, HR, and Senior Leadership for team development and retention. The role includes leading from the front in a hybrid setting, including face-to-face homeowner appointments, building your sales pipeline, and onboarding new sales members to establish the foundations of your future team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading sales teams and delivering strong results
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to recruit, coach, and develop a sales team
- Experience conducting in-home appointments and building a sales pipeline
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to develop growth strategies and drive market expansion
- Experience in renewable energy sectors (solar, storage, home electrification) is a plus
