Sales Manager - Home Electrification

Job Summary
Recruit, build, and develop a brand-new door to door sales team from the ground up. Lead, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets. Drive sales growth across solar, battery storage, and home electrification products. Conduct in-home appointments and convert opportunities into sales. Develop and execute local growth strategies. Monitor team performance and optimise sales processes. Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on development and accountability. Work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Senior Leadership to support team growth and retention. Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships throughout the WA region. This is a hybrid leadership role with hands-on training, including running face-to-face home electrification appointments and building your own sales pipeline, plus interviewing/onboarding and training new sales team members. Develop the foundations of your future team and lead from the front to coach your team to success.
