Job Summary
Lead and inspire the showroom team to meet and exceed sales management targets; provide ongoing training and development for staff on product knowledge and big ticket sales strategies; ensure exceptional customer service by addressing escalated complaints and resolving issues; oversee inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising strategies in the showroom; analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in sales management; foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4 to 10 years of experience in sales management, particularly in big ticket retail
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate physical demands; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
