Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies to bridge the credit gap for underserved communities and MSMEs. Coordinate with the team of 1,400 employees across 80+ branches to facilitate lending at scale using our tech-enabled underwriting model. Support the expansion of active loans and AUM within India's rapidly growing NBFC sector.
