Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in the Borivali area. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently meet and exceed Home Loan product targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine strategies. Establish strong relationships with key clients, builders, and channel partners while overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Collaborate with credit and operations departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience
- At least 2 years in a sales management role
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Experience within the real estate industry
- Specific experience with Home Loans
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
