Job Summary
Sales Manager role leading a high-performing outbound sales team in the commercial real estate finance space. Lead, coach, and scale a team to consistently exceed targets, drive revenue through high-volume outbound strategies, build scalable sales processes, monitor KPIs/forecasts/pipeline, and represent the firm at client meetings and industry events. Requires 5+ years leading sales teams, proven outbound/cold-calling success, strong leadership and coaching abilities, excellent communication and closing skills, and a solid CRE landscape understanding. Location is Los Angeles, CA; in-person work arrangement. Salary $95k-$100k annually plus bonus/commissions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals
- Proven success in high-volume outbound / cold calling environments
- Strong leadership style with a hands-on, coaching approach
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and closing skills
- Solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape
- Comfortable using CRM tools and data to drive performance
- Passion for building, developing, and retaining top talent
