Job Summary
Sales Manager, Growth Channels at Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and improving brand visibility across designated retail accounts. Lead key client partnerships, develop joint business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement in-store and omnichannel strategies; manage forecasting, promotions, assortment, and merchandising; partner with replenishment and supply chain teams; analyze POS data, consumer insights, and market trends to uncover opportunities; negotiate promotions and merchandising with retailers; work with Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing to align strategies; travel 30–40% to support field activities; requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in sales/account management/CPG, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of sales, account management, or consumer products experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and business planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management abilities
- Ability to travel 30–40%
