Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager – Greater China will lead commercial activities across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan by developing and executing the regional sales strategy in alignment with AP commercial goals. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing key distributors and accounts, building relationships with strategic partners, and supporting long-term business planning. The role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics and compliance with local regulations, along with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in regional B2B or distributor sales
- Strong understanding of Greater China market and commercial environment
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Experience in packaging, materials, or industrial solutions industries
- Strong client network in consumer goods, CPG, packaging, or related sectors
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 50%)
