Sales Manager (Great Lakes)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers throughout the Great Lakes region by identifying market opportunities and growing revenue through direct sales. Recommend Wavetronix radar-based vehicle detection solutions that solve traffic challenges, while managing and expanding the customer base to generate repeat business and long-term loyalty. Prepare sales forecasts, track territory activities, and negotiate agreements within profitability guidelines while collaborating with the regional team. Travel approximately 70-75% of the time to support onsite collaboration and attend industry events, with plans for a permanent office in Indiana or Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- prior technical sales experience
